QuickDraw Fund Control Provides Its Expertise Throughout Arizona
Just like the weather, commercial development is red hot right now in The Grand Canyon State. QuickDraw Fund Control is at the heart of it all, as we recently began work on three different commercial construction projects in Arizona.
Our team is providing fund control and inspection services for multiple projects that are currently underway in that area.
First, there are two restaurants in Goodyear, Arizona, which is on the west side of the Phoenix metro area. One of the restaurants is named Frederico’s Mexican Restaurant and the other is Bahama Bucks. Construction for Frederico’s Mexican Restaurant is underway and Bahama Bucks is scheduled to start in the coming weeks. QuickDraw Fund Control is providing the inspection and fund control services. We will process draw requests as each phase of construction is completed, while also performing thorough inspections to ensure accurate and up-to-date progress reports to the lender during the build cycle.
The second Arizona project is down in Tucson, where the borrower is building a new Big O Tires location. Big O is a leading retail tire franchise and the new store in South Tucson is ideally situated to be a very successful local business in a fast-growing metropolitan area.
The third project is in Casa Grande, which is between Phoenix and Tucson, located in a more rural area that continues to grow into a popular suburban community. Our team is providing inspection and fund control services for the construction of a new Burger King restaurant, which is scheduled to start building in the fourth quarter of this year.
Freedom Financial Funds is providing the construction loans for all three projects and the same borrower is building each project. QuickDraw Fund Control has been proudly working with Freedom Financial Funds for more than two years on similar style commercial/retail ground-up construction projects. Construction is projected to be completed later this summer and early fall for both Frederico’s Mexican Restaurant and Big O Tires.
