QuickDraw Providing Site Inspection Services for New Commercial Development in Victorville
Construction has been progressing on a new multi-tenant commercial construction development in Victorville, California. Ultimately, the property will house several popular restaurant chains. QuickDraw Fund Control is excited to be involved in the construction project. We’ll be providing site inspection services throughout the duration of development.
More than 98,000 cars drive on Interstate 15 every day, which conveniently runs through Victorville. It’s an especially popular stopping grounds for people traveling between Las Vegas and Southern California. The main restaurant there will be a Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, which represents the company’s first store in California; it is expected to be completed by the end of the year. Additionally, the 11,300-square-foot multi-tenant building on Victorville’s “Restaurant Row” is also expected to house a Starbucks, Which Wich Sandwiches, Café Rio, Pieology, Ono Hawaiian BBQ and Nektar Juice.
The contract was awarded to QuickDraw from our lender client, Citizens Business Bank. They are a leading lender focused on providing financial tools for small and medium-sized businesses. Throughout construction of this multi-tenant commercial building, QuickDraw Fund Control will perform thorough on-site inspections at key stages of development. As draw requests are processed, representatives from our team will visit the construction site, inspect the progress and provide photo documentation. The detailed report is provided to the lender, so they can see the progress, make sure certain construction milestones are achieved and decide if the next funds disbursement is warranted.
