QuickDraw Fund Control Continues to Grow with Many Exciting Construction Projects Underway
2016 has been an exciting year for QuickDraw Fund Control. Our client base continues to expand into new territories and our scope of projects keeps getting bigger with each passing month. We have many great commercial and residential construction projects currently in development, as well as several more on the horizon.
As a premier fund control company, QuickDraw is providing key information and services for these construction projects. It starts with a detailed Cost Review of the construction budget which provides lenders important information they need to approve loans for Borrowers. We have experienced staff and analysts who review every detail to make sure the proposed costs are sufficient for the projects to achieve completion. Then, once construction is underway, QuickDraw controls the funds disbursement throughout each phase of development. This helps keep the project capitalized and moving forward, while protecting the lender’s financial assets. We help to make sure the requested funds are being used appropriately.
Some very major commercial and retail projects are in the works with QuickDraw throughout the western United States. We’ll be handling the fund control for the rehabilitation of a 3,000 square foot Bush’s Chicken restaurant in Phoenix, AZ that is expected to begin construction this summer.
In Las Vegas, NV, we’re working with a massive 54,000 square foot commercial center that will be home to a Total Wine and More. Another big project is taking place in Oxnard, CA. This 17,430 square foot retail center will be built from the ground up and will ultimately be home to a Krispy Kreme Doughnuts and WSS Shoe Store.
We already featured the historic theatre in San Francisco’s Haight-Ashbury district that is being converted into retail space for two different tenants. In Los Angeles, we are working with Community Bank to renovate three commercial buildings in the Chinatown area.
In addition, QuickDraw is handling fund control and budget analysis for multiple high-end residential renovations throughout the greater Los Angeles area. Lastly, there are two different apartment complexes being renovated where QuickDraw is providing integral construction fund management services. One complex is in Hollywood and the other is in West Hollywood.
Indeed, there are a lot of exciting things happening at QuickDraw Fund Control. We feel grateful to be a part of these amazing residential, retail and commercial construction projects, as well as many others coming down the line. We’re continuing to work with a wider variety of projects and clients throughout the western states and our impact continues to grow!
