QuickDraw Set to Work on Two Projects with Strategic Legacy Investment Group
We at QuickDraw Fund Control are excited to share that our team was recently awarded the two fund control contracts. Barton Estates located in Hollywood, California and Knowlton Luxury Residences, located in The Heights in Los Angeles, California.
Partners Capital Solutions, our long time lender client, has made both construction loans to Strategic Legacy Investment Group, a new Borrower to both companies.

Barton Estates at Central Park will consist of eight single-family homes in the Central Park area of Hollywood, just down the street from the ArcLight Theatre, the W Hotel and many of Hollywood’s most iconic restaurants and clubs.
QuickDraw Fund Control will provide fund control and on-site inspection services throughout the construction of Barton Estates.
The Knowlton Luxury Residences project encountered challenges with the previous lender. Partners Capital Solutions quickly structured a construction loan for the ongoing project and hired QuickDraw to take over the fund control and site inspection services for this prestigious new development near LAX.
Knowlton Luxury Residences is set to be an ultra modern luxury residential building with European flair. It will be a high-end community with 36 residential units ranging from 700 to 1,500 square feet. The building will feature a rooftop bar, lounge and dining area, in addition to a high-tech gym and artistic swimming pool.
